I fish from my inflatable raft, in small ponds, and I am looking for a
pocket-sized fishfinder.

I have seen them but can't remember where. The trasnducer can be cast or
tossed out to float on the water and it runs on flashlight batteries.

Any links or names?

Thanks

WOW! Thanks!!

I could just tie a line on it and set it off the side of the raft. Cool!

What I see around here, west coast, is the Bottomline "Fishing Buddy". They
are extremely popular for small boats, pontoon boats and float tubes too.

Thanks, I'll look into it.

I would have to figure a way to mount it to the side of my little inflatable
sevylor raft so it stands upright for proper transducer angle.
If it is a better unit I will go that route.
