I just started tying again after about a 5 year layoff. Made a new bench and
stopped by cabelas to pick up some materials. The old hands didn't work so
good at first but they are coming around. What is ROFF 1 and ROOF T?

THIS is rofft....rec.outdoors.fishing.fly.tying

You don't want to know what roff is. Its inhabited by roffians, most
of whom are unedumacated, unwashed dumbos who generally lay around the
house a lot drinking single malts and defending their right to shoot
full-automatic weapons at martians.

There is, of course, the occasional exception.
