Default Oliver Edward's Crayfish

Hello people!
Recently I brought another of Oliver Edward's DVDs. It is an excellent
piece of work as always.
This time I brought Vol6 "Streamer Fishing on Rivers". He ties a
beautiful imitation of a sculping y recommend it to anyone.
In the video Oliver shows for a few seconds an imitation of a
crayfish. I want to tie THAT crayfish, its terrible looking, and so
real.
Has anyone seen the video or have the recipe of the crayfish... any
information will be welcome.
Thanks
Edu

PD: excuse my English as it is a little rusty, I live in Argentina
where the mother tongue is Spanish.
