To do
1.. Leave a 3 meters wide vegetation all along of the banks.
2.. Cut the degenerate or too old trees when menacing to fall in the
river.
3.. Eliminate alone trees in the mean water bed and the branches that
could stop floating things during the swellings.
4.. Eliminate the jams that could obstruct the river.
If anyone did 2,3 or 4 to my river I would rip their balls off.
A great example of how not to manage a fishery, but how to manage a water
supply for people.
