Default pattern question - Europa 7

Does anyone happen to know the dressing for a dry fly called a Europa-7? The Europa-12 I know well,
however, I was told about this pattern on the weekend but I can not find a description of it
anywhere. It is reported to be a good grayling fly on bright sunny days, FWIW.

What I was told is that it has a copper body (I assume tinsel) over which you palmer a brown cock
hackle. The wing might be something like a woodcock feather but I get a bit lost at this point.

Anyone?

thanks

Vaughan
