Try contacting your DNR main office. They should be able to give you
the information you need. Florida has something like this running
now...

Geesh - all I can find in Texas for DNR is:
"Do-Not-Resuscitate Program"
no kidding:-)

If anyone finds a TX link - please advise.

I had looked at said links earlier.
Actually, I'm only looking for GPS points in the back
bay areas near Rockport & Port Aransas area.
We never venture out into the big water:-)
