There are few sure things in horse racing, but my picks being
wrong is about as close as you can get. ;-)

So, without further ado:

Win - Mine That Bird

Place - Pioneerof the Nile

Show - Rachel Alexandra

hey, I can be as wrong as the next guy:

1. Pioneer of the Nile--gets something to run at today.
Bad thing, that something is Rachel A, but I
think he can beat her.
2. Mine That Bird--will come flying again, maybe too
short of a stretch to get there first.
3. Friesan Fire--I still think this is a decent horse.
4. Rachel Alexandra--never saw a speed challenge like
she'll see today. This is a scary-good filly, but
still a filly, and the last filly to win this race was
back in 1924.
