There is an announcement on there 'Telephone System' which explains there
has been a delay and that they will not be posted until April 2nd onwards.

It does advise what you can take when you fish to prove you have paid for
a licence which should help prevent any jobsworth agents ending up in the
lake.

Well they managed to grab the money early enough so they could earn a nice
bit of interest from their customers but they couldn't organise a mail
shot to provide the goods ........ so there is one DD which will be
cancelled.
