55 degree water, on the recoil rig with my Dynamite lure

my daughter was up the bank when she took the photo made the length look
short

13 Lb 5 Oz returned to be caught again

son was my lipper, I caught this on 6 lb line from the bank

Dang Rodney, that's a dandy! It's much bigger than any bass I've ever

So for 2 weeks the hard water will not be a bother...

Actually it won't be, once people slow down their retrieve, and work
their lures in one spot, giving the huge bass time to get to their lure,
these are not hard to come by. I should get at least 10 over 10 lbs this
year, more if I had time to fish more, Yesterday I fished for just one
hour in a farm pond, a pond that I could fish where every fish was, I
knew I would get the biggest one in that pond eventually Once I got past
all the little ones I had to reel in .

I'm not bragging, it's just this technique of fishing, once you master
it, it will catch "every" bass there
