Default Setting up a big box for extra flies

I'm glad I asked you guys. I won't bother with any liners. That will
save me some cash too. Looks like I have everything I need. I just
need to get tying and fill the thing :-)

Hello.

Just to mention, I have found a quite cheap source for fly boxes foam.
This is trekking carpet. Some even exists in closed cell foam.

They are usually a bit less resistent than styrofoam that comes usually
pristine in the box.
But you can make so much boxes with a single carpet that this is not a
problem.

By the way if your hooks are barbless they are far less agressive to the
foam.

I have reused some plastic boxes for bolt sorting. Cut the cases walls,
a foam layer, and they are just fine for my sea streamers.
This make you a nice box for around 2$.
