Default fishing in or near Boston MA.

Hi. will be in Boston area in July.
interested in lure fishing - can anyone advise what is available?

Also will be looking to stock up on lures - where do I look for good quality
low cost lures?
Do Wal-mart and the like stock fishing tackle??

Striped Bass and Blue Fish in the ocean and bays. Look for Gator and Crockodile spoons 2
1/4 oz.
